Acording to TrekMovie.com, Star Trek star Leonard Nimoy appeared Friday night on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and talked a bit more about J.J. Abrams upcoming Star Trek movie and his return to the older Spock role.

According to the site, Nimoy described Abrams movie as "a gigantic film." He said it was "spooky" for him to be wearing his Vulcan ears for the first time in 18 years.

Nimoy also confirmed the information that his friend William Shatner was not in the new Star Trek movie and that the reason was that his Captain Kirk character "was killed off like four movies ago." Ferguson noted that Spock was killed off and brought back in the TOS movies, but Nimoy said that "I was resurrected immediately, he has been moldering for quite a while."
