se non lo conoscete già, vi segnalo quello che a mio parere è uno dei siti più divertenti della rete. Purtroppo è solo in lingua inglese. E' un finto giornale, aggiornato quotidianamente, con articoli satirici, surreali e demenziali, ma scritti con tutti i crismi del giornalismo. C'è anche una sezione radio e perfino un finto tg.

Leggiucchiando su wikipedia (c'è una pagina dedicata) si scopre che alcune volte le notizie pubblicate sono state prese per vere da alcuni che non avevano capito lo spirito del sito!

* The Danish television station TV 2 posted a story that took seriously the Onion article titled "Sean Penn Demands To Know What Asshole Took SeanPenn@gmail.com".
* An article on Harry Potter inciting kids to practice witchcraft was believed by many to be real and was forwarded by many concerned Christians. Columnist Ellen Makkai and others who believe the Harry Potter books "recruit" children to Satanism have also been taken in by the article, using quotes from it as "evidence" for their claims.
* A January 2008 video produced by the Onion News Network, and consisting of a spoof of a morning show story on a child called Chad Carter who had bankrupted the Make a Wish Foundation by "wishing for unlimited wishes" was believed by some on the internet to be genuine.
